Dr Ng Ying Shan is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at KPJ Kuching Specialist Hospital, Kuching, with a special interest in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery and advanced gynaecological ultrasound. She is dedicated to providing evidence-based, personalised care tailored to each woman's individual needs, with an emphasis on safe surgery, faster recovery, and improved quality of life.

She obtained her Medical Degree (MD) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and her Master of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (MOG) from the University of Malaya (UM). She subsequently completed a Fellowship in Minimally Access Surgery in India, followed by advanced postgraduate training in pelvic anatomy, deep infiltrating endometriosis surgery, and hysteroscopic surgery.

Dr Ng has a special interest in the management of endometriosis, adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, and abnormal uterine bleeding. She is particularly passionate about laparoscopic surgery, hysteroscopy, and gynaecological ultrasound, and is actively involved in surgical education as a faculty member and invited speaker at national and international conferences and workshops.

黄医生毕业于马来西亚国民大学（UKM）医学系，并取得马来亚大学（UM）妇产科硕士学位。随后，她于印度完成微创外科（Minimally Access Surgery）专科培训，并进一步接受盆腔解剖、深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症手术及宫腔镜手术等高级培训，不断提升专业技术。

黄医生尤其专注于子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌症、子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿及异常子宫出血等良性妇科疾病的诊治。她对腹腔镜微创手术、宫腔镜手术及妇科超声波诊断充满热忱，并积极参与医学教育，担任国内外学术会议及培训课程的讲者与导师，持续推动妇科微创手术的发展。
